The Transit Joint Powers Authority for Merced County, which is the governing body for Merced County Transit “TheBus”, ensures that no person on the basis of race, color, or national origin will be subjected to discrimination in the level and quality of transportation services and transit-related benefits.

If you feel you have experienced discrimination in the level and/or quality of transportation services and transit-related benefits that you have received, you may register a complaint with the Federal Transit Administration by writing to Federal Transit Administration Office of Civil Rights, Attention: Title VI Program Coordinator, East Building, 5th Floor- TCR, 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20590.

La participación de las Autoridades de Transporte de el Condado de Merced, quienes representan la autoridad para el Transporte en el Condado de Merced “TheBus”, asegura que nadie debe ser sujeto a descriminacion de ningún tipo, basada en raza, color u origen de Nacionalidad en la calidad y beneficios relacionados con los servicios de transportación.
